Alcon Acquires ESBATech, Expands Pipeline
Zacks.com submits: Earlier this week, Alcon Inc. ( ACL ) signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Swiss biotech company ESBATech AG. Alcon will pay $150 million in cash at closing.
